Master Setter Lab is a volleyball development platform focused on both individual excellence and collective growth.Our work includes:• Setter-Specific Training & Development• Position-Specific Training for All Volleyball Positions (Outside Hitter, Opposite Hitter, Libero, Middle Blocker)• Video Analysis (available worldwide)• Camps & On-Site Invitations1:1 private training sessions are offered in selected locations throughout the year.

LED BY EZGI
Former Turkish National Team setter with over 15 years of experience competing at the highest level of professional volleyball.Throughout her career, Ezgi competed in the Turkish League — widely regarded as one of the strongest leagues in the world — and played in Europe’s most prestigious competitions, including the CEV Champions League, earning multiple national and international medals.During this time, she trained and competed alongside some of the world’s top players and coaches, gaining first-hand experience in elite-level systems, game management, and high-pressure environments.She brings this experience into coaching, having most recently served as an Assistant Coach in Canada West with the TRU WolfPack for four years in women’s volleyball, while also working extensively with setters in men’s volleyball through specialized individual training.Ezgi leads the setter development programs at Master Setter Lab, working alongside an experienced internal coaching team for volleyball camps and larger training programs.
